This unit features two compartments, each equipped with a 10-gallon kettle and capable of holding three 12" x 20" pans, maximizing cooking capacity. The 48" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while the electronic ignition ensures quick and reliable startup. With an automatic blowdown system and a 60-minute timer for each compartment, this steamer kettle allows for precise cooking control. The deck mount faucet valve with a swing nozzle and integral sink enhances convenience during food preparation. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a robust 304 stainless steel exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. The Southbend GCX-2S-10 is equipped with 6" legs and adjustable flanged feet for stability on various surfaces.
