Equipped with manual controls and a 60-minute timer, this steamer ensures precise cooking times. The electronic ignition and automatic blowdown enhance safety and convenience. Constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel interior and exterior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Additional features include universal pan supports, a split water line for efficient water distribution, and 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability.
