The Southbend GMT-10S-10 is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for commercial kitchens. It features two 10-gallon tilting kettles with a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. The 42" cabinet base provides ample storage space, while the electronic ignition ensures quick and reliable startup. This unit includes an automatic boiler blowdown system for easy maintenance and a double pantry fill faucet for convenient filling. A 3" deep stainless steel sink is integrated for added functionality. The CSD-1 package enhances safety with a split water line and a safety relief valve. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a sleek 304 stainless steel exterior finish, the GMT-10S-10 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. This product is NSF certified and meets CSA Star and CSA Flame standards, ensuring it meets high safety and quality requirements.
