Equipped with electronic ignition for easy start-up, it also boasts a double pantry fill faucet and a 3" deep stainless steel sink for convenient food preparation and cleanup. The CSD-1 package enhances safety and functionality, while the split water line and safety relief valve provide added peace of mind during operation. The interior is lined with durable 316 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion, while the exterior is finished in 304 stainless steel for a sleek, professional appearance. With 200,000 BTU output, this kettle assembly is powerful enough to handle high-volume cooking demands.
