Featuring three 33,000 BTU open burners and three additional 33,000 BTU step-up open burners, it delivers a total output of 198,000 BTU, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The unit is equipped with manual controls for precise temperature adjustments and includes removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning. A crumb tray is also integrated for efficient maintenance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, it ensures longevity and a professional appearance. The 4" adjustable legs provide stability on various surfaces.
