The Southbend KDCT-10 is a direct steam countertop kettle designed for efficiency and durability. With a generous 10-gallon capacity, it features a 2/3 steam jacket for optimal heating performance. The kettle is equipped with open support arms and a steam control valve for precise operation. Its reversible tilt handle allows for easy pouring and serving. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner and 304 stainless steel body, it ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The kettle is supported by three tubular mounting legs and an additional support leg with a nylon foot for stability.
