The Southbend KDPS-100 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 100-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking and food preparation. Featuring a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution, this kettle includes a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing. It comes equipped with a perforated strainer and a faucet bracket for added convenience. The interior liner is made of durable 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover allows for easy access, and the pedestal design provides stability.
