The Southbend KDPS-20 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 20-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking and food preparation. Featuring a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution, it includes a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing. The kettle comes equipped with a perforated strainer and a faucet bracket for added convenience. The spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover provides easy access, and the pedestal design offers stability.
