The Southbend KDPS-60 is a stationary direct steam kettle with a generous 60-gallon capacity, designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring a 2/3 jacket for optimal heat distribution, it includes a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing. The kettle comes equipped with a perforated strainer and a faucet bracket for added convenience. Its interior is lined with durable 316 stainless steel, while the exterior is constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The spring-assisted stainless steel dome cover allows for easy access, and the pedestal design provides stability.
