The Southbend KECT-10 is an electric countertop tilting kettle designed for efficiency and durability. With a generous 10-gallon capacity, it features a self-generating 2/3 jacket for optimal heat retention. The solid state thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while integrally mounted controls provide easy access and operation. Safety is prioritized with a built-in pressure gauge, safety valve, and low water light with automatic shut-off. The console includes a convenient lever tilt on the right for effortless pouring. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
