Description
The Southbend KECTC-12 is an electric countertop tilting kettle designed for efficiency and durability. With a generous 12-gallon capacity, it features a 2/3 jacket for even heating and a solid state thermostat for precise temperature control. The integrally mounted controls include a convenient hand crank tilt located on the right side, allowing for easy pouring and serving. This kettle is equipped with a faucet bracket for added functionality, a low water level indicator with an automatic shut-off for safety, and a pressure gauge to monitor performance. The safety relief valve ensures safe operation under pressure. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel console and trunnion, the KECTC-12 is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. With a powerful 12kW heating element and a maximum pressure of 50 PSI, this kettle is ideal for a variety of cooking applications.
