Description
The Southbend KELS-100 is an electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 100-gallon capacity. It features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and precise thermostatic control for optimal temperature management. The kettle is equipped with a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing and includes a perforated strainer for effective separation of solids. The spring-assisted hinged cover allows for convenient access, while the faucet bracket enhances usability. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a robust 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The tri-leg design provides stability, and it meets cCSAus and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.
