Description
The Southbend KELT-30 is an electric tilting kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 30-gallon capacity. It features a durable 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and precise thermostatic control for optimal temperature management. The crank tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and includes a self-locking positive stop for safety. A convenient faucet bracket is included for added functionality. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and easy cleaning, while the exterior is constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability. The kettle is supported by a sturdy console and tri-leg base, and it operates at 15.0 kW. Certified by cCSAus and NSF, the KELT-30 meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
