Description
The Southbend KEPS-25 is an electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with a 25-gallon capacity. It features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and precise thermostatic control for consistent temperature management. The kettle is equipped with a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing and includes a perforated strainer for effective separation of solids. The spring-assisted hinged cover allows for convenient access, while the faucet bracket enhances usability. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and robust 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. The pedestal base provides stability, and the unit is certified cCSAus and NSF for safety and sanitation standards.
