The Southbend KEPS-30F is a high-performance electric stationary kettle designed for commercial kitchens. The kettle is equipped with a 2-inch draw-off for easy dispensing and includes a perforated strainer for convenient food preparation. Additional features include a counterbalanced hinged cover for easy access, a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, and low water indicator for enhanced safety. The pressure gauge and safety relief valve ensure optimal operation, while the low water shut-off provides added protection. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and 304 stainless steel exterior, the kettle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
