The Southbend KEPS-80 is an electric stationary kettle designed for high-capacity cooking with an 80-gallon capacity. It features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and precise thermostatic control for optimal temperature management. The kettle includes a 2" draw-off for easy dispensing, a perforated strainer for effective separation, and a spring-assisted hinged cover for convenient access.
