Description
The Southbend KSLG-40F is a high-performance stationary gas kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous 40-gallon capacity, it features a full jacket for even heat distribution and efficient cooking. The thermostatic control ensures precise temperature management, while the electronic ignition provides reliable start-up. This kettle includes a direct immersion thermostat for accurate readings, a water sight glass for monitoring liquid levels, and a cooking pilot light for added safety. The vacuum/pressure gauge and low water indicator light enhance operational efficiency, and the low water cut-off feature prevents overheating. Safety is prioritized with a pressure relief valve, pressure control, and gas shut-off valve. The 2-inch draw-off allows for easy dispensing of contents. Included accessories are a perforated strainer, spring-assisted stainless steel hinged cover, and faucet bracket. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior, this kettle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
