Description
The Southbend KTLG-100 is a high-capacity gas tilting kettle designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. With a generous 100-gallon capacity and a 2/3 jacket for even heat distribution, this kettle ensures optimal cooking performance. It features thermostatic control for precise temperature management and electronic ignition for reliable start-up. The crank tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving, while the direct immersion thermostat provides accurate temperature readings. A water sight glass enables quick monitoring of liquid levels, and cooking and ignition indicator lights enhance operational visibility. The kettle is equipped with a pressure gauge, low water shut-off with an indicator light, a pressure switch, and a pressure relief valve for safety and convenience. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel exterior, the KTLG-100 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The console and 1-5/8" diameter legs with flanged feet ensure stability and ease of installation.
