Description
The Southbend KTLG-20 is a high-performance gas tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous 20-gallon capacity, it features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating. The thermostatic control ensures precise temperature management, while the electronic ignition provides reliable start-up. The crank tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving. This kettle includes a direct immersion thermostat for accurate temperature readings, a water sight glass for monitoring liquid levels, and cooking and ignition indicator lights for operational awareness. The pressure gauge, low water shut-off with indicator light, pressure switch, and pressure relief valve enhance safety and functionality. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel exterior, the KTLG-20 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The console and 1-5/8" diameter legs with flanged feet ensure stability.
