The Southbend KTLG-40 is a high-performance gas tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous 40-gallon capacity, it features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating and precise thermostatic control. The electronic ignition ensures reliable startup, while the crank tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving. This kettle is equipped with a direct immersion thermostat for accurate temperature management, a water sight glass for monitoring liquid levels, and cooking and ignition indicator lights for operational clarity. The pressure gauge, low water shut-off with indicator light, pressure switch, and pressure relief valve enhance safety and functionality. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel exterior, the KTLG-40 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The console features 1-5/8" diameter legs with flanged feet for stability.
