The Southbend KTLG-40F is a high-performance gas tilting kettle designed for commercial kitchens. The electronic ignition ensures reliable startup, while the crank tilt mechanism allows for easy pouring and serving. This kettle is equipped with a water sight glass for monitoring liquid levels, cooking and ignition indicator lights for operational awareness, and a pressure gauge for safety and performance. Additional safety features include a low water shut-off with an indicator light, a pressure switch, and a pressure relief valve. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel interior liner and a stainless steel exterior, the KTLG-40F is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The console is designed for easy access, and the kettle is supported by sturdy 1-5/8" diameter legs with flanged feet for stability.
