Description
The Southbend OB-2-2-27-G-SB is a high-performance gas kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficient cooking in commercial kitchens. This unit features a 27" wide cabinet base equipped with two 2-liter capacity manual tilt kettles, ideal for preparing a variety of dishes. It includes a spillage sink and drain screen for easy cleanup. The kettle assembly is directly steam connected and comes with a steam control valve conveniently located in the right leg. It is equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls and electronic ignition for reliable operation. The split water line and automatic boiler blowdown enhance functionality, while the safety relief valve and automatic water level control ensure safe and consistent performance. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a robust stainless steel exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The lift-off cover provides easy access for cleaning and maintenance. With 6" adjustable legs, the kettle can be positioned at the desired height. It delivers a powerful output of 200,000 BTU, making it suitable for high-volume cooking. The Southbend OB-2-2-27-G-SB is NSF and CSA Star certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
