Description
The Southbend OB-3-2-40-E-SB is an electric kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficient cooking and convenience in commercial kitchens. This unit features a 40" wide cabinet base equipped with three 2-liter capacity manual tilt kettles, ideal for preparing a variety of dishes. It includes a spillage sink and drain screen for easy cleanup. The kettle assembly is directly steam connected and comes with a steam control valve located in the right leg for precise operation. It is equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls, a split water line, and an automatic boiler blowdown system for optimal performance. Safety is prioritized with a safety relief valve and automatic water level control, ensuring consistent operation. The pressure gauge provides clear monitoring of the kettle's performance. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a lift-off cover, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The stainless steel construction and 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet ensure stability and ease of installation. This product is NSF and cCSAus certified, meeting high standards for safety and sanitation.
