The Southbend OB-4-2-54-E-SB is an electric kettle cabinet assembly designed for efficient cooking and convenience in commercial kitchens. This unit features a 54" wide cabinet base equipped with four 2-liter capacity manual tilt kettles, allowing for versatile cooking options. It includes a spillage sink and drain screen for easy cleanup and maintenance. The kettle assembly is directly steam connected and comes with a steam control valve located in the right leg for precise operation. It is equipped with CSD-1 boiler controls, a split water line, and an automatic boiler blowdown system for enhanced safety and performance. The automatic water level control and pressure gauge ensure optimal operation. Constructed with a durable 316 stainless steel liner and a lift-off cover, this kettle assembly is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The stainless steel construction provides longevity and ease of cleaning, while the 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet offer stability on various surfaces.
