The Southbend P36D-BBH is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features four powerful 35,000 BTU open burners, providing ample heat for a variety of cooking tasks. The range includes a 12" hot top for additional cooking versatility. Manual controls and battery spark ignition ensure reliable operation. Equipped with a standard oven, the P36D-BBH comes with two racks for optimal baking and roasting capacity. Its durable construction includes stainless steel on the front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The range is supported by 6" adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 217,000 BTU, this range meets rigorous standards, certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF, and is proudly made in the USA.
