The Southbend S48EE-2GR is a powerful 48" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring four 28,000 BTU open burners, this range provides ample heat for a variety of cooking tasks. The 24" griddle on the right side offers additional cooking versatility, perfect for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. Equipped with two space saver ovens, each includes a rack for optimal cooking space. The snap action thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while the four removable cast iron grate tops facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. The design includes two crumb drawers for efficient cleanup and a hinged lower valve panel for easy access to components. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, the S48EE-2GR is built for durability and easy maintenance. It features a removable shelf, a 4" front rail for added convenience, and 6" adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 230,000 BTU, this range meets rigorous commercial standards, certified by cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
