The 36" cabinet base provides ample storage, while independent automatic timer controls ensure precise cooking times for each compartment. Removable shelf supports allow for easy cleaning and customization of cooking space. The split water line and water in "Y" strainer enhance water flow and filtration, ensuring optimal performance. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the interior is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
