The Southbend SCDA-2S is a versatile dual-pressure steam-coil steamer designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring two spacious compartments, this unit is built with a robust 36" cabinet base. The top compartment offers both pressure and pressureless operation, allowing for flexible cooking options. Manual controls and a 60-minute timer provide precise cooking management, while the automatic boiler blowdown ensures optimal performance and maintenance. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this steamer is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability on uneven surfaces. Certified cCSAus and NSF, the SCDA-2S meets high safety and sanitation standards, making it an ideal choice for any foodservice operation.
