The charbroiler includes heavy-duty cast iron broiling grates for superior grilling, a stainless steel water pan for moisture retention, and a splash guard with a grease trough for easy cleanup. With 4-inch legs for stability, this unit boasts a total output of 120,000 BTUs and is certified cULus and UL EPH. It ships configured for natural gas but includes a conversion kit for LP gas.
