Manual controls are conveniently located every 12 inches, complemented by heavy-duty knobs for precise temperature adjustments. The wrap-around stainless steel splash guard helps maintain a clean workspace, while the integrated grease trough and stainless steel drawer facilitate easy cleanup. Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel front, this griddle is sturdy and reliable. With a powerful output of 28,300 BTU, it is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and performance standards. Made in the USA, the Star 615MF ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
