The Star 636TCHSF is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for countertop use, featuring a spacious 36" W x 21" D cooking surface. Its 1" thick chrome griddle plate ensures excellent heat retention and even cooking. Equipped with an embedded modulating thermostat every 12 inches, this griddle allows for precise temperature control. The heavy-duty knobs provide durability and ease of use, while the wrap-around stainless steel splash guard helps maintain a clean cooking area. A grease trough and stainless steel drawer facilitate easy cleanup. Built on a welded steel frame with a stainless steel front, it stands on 4" legs for stability. With a powerful output of 84,900 BTU, this griddle is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and performance. Made in the USA, it ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
