A grease trough and stainless steel drawer facilitate easy cleanup, while the welded steel frame with a stainless steel front provides added strength and stability. With a powerful output of 113,200 BTU, this griddle is perfect for busy kitchens. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Made in the USA, it ships with natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for versatility.
