Featuring a 24" W x 24" D cooking surface, it boasts a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for optimal heat retention and even cooking. The snap-action thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 150°F to 450°F, powered by a robust 4350-watt element positioned every 12 inches. The griddle is equipped with a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard to keep your workspace clean, while the 3-1/2" front grease trough and 6 qt. grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup. Built with heavy-duty metal knobs and a welded steel frame, the unit is finished with a durable stainless steel exterior for longevity. The 4" legs feature a 1-5/8" adjustment for stability on uneven surfaces. This product is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety standards, and is proudly made in the USA.
