The griddle includes a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard to keep your workspace clean, along with a 3-1/2" front grease trough and a 6 qt. grease drawer for easy cleanup. Built with heavy-duty metal knobs and a welded steel frame, the unit boasts a stainless steel exterior for enhanced durability and easy maintenance.
