The griddle includes a 4-3/8" tapered wrap-around splash guard to keep your workspace clean and a 3-1/2" front grease trough for easy cleanup. Heavy-duty metal knobs ensure durability and ease of use, while the standing pilot provides reliable ignition. Built with a welded steel frame and a stainless steel exterior, this griddle is designed for longevity and easy maintenance. It stands on 4" stainless steel legs with 1-3/8" adjustment for stability on uneven surfaces.
