Description
The Summit Commercial AFS49ML is a high-performance medical freezer designed for pharmaceutical and laboratory applications. This reach-in, two-section unit features a spacious 49 cu. ft. capacity and measures 56"W, making it ideal for storing temperature-sensitive materials. Equipped with two self-closing solid French locking doors that include a 90° stay-open feature, it ensures easy access while maintaining optimal conditions. The interior is illuminated with an energy-efficient light and includes eight adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage options. Safety is prioritized with an audible open door alarm and both visual and audible temperature alarms, ensuring that any fluctuations are immediately detected. The digital thermostat allows for precise temperature control within a range of -30°C to -15°C, supported by forced-air cooling for even temperature distribution. The frost-free defrost system minimizes maintenance, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which are locking for stability. The unit operates on R290a Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is designed for 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 10.5 amps. It meets UL, ULC, and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for medical environments.
