The Summit Commercial SCOOPY61 Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet is designed for optimal performance and convenience in any ice cream service setting. With a spacious 71" width and a generous 19.2 cu.ft capacity, it accommodates up to 12 standard 11"/3-gallon round tubs in its six included holder baskets, which feature rubber brakes to prevent rotation during scooping. The cabinet is equipped with an illuminated sneeze guard for enhanced hygiene and visibility. Electronic controls and a digital thermostat allow for precise temperature management, ranging from -13 to +50ºF. The static cooling system ensures improved temperature stability, while the 3" thick insulation and unique D-shaped evaporator contribute to energy efficiency. For added functionality, the cabinet includes two tempered glass lids for easy access and visibility, as well as a front defrost drain for hassle-free maintenance.
