The Summit Commercial WEM665W is a high-performance induction range designed for efficiency and convenience. This floor model features a sleek 24" width and offers a generous 2.92 cu.ft. oven capacity, making it ideal for both residential and commercial kitchens. Constructed from durable porcelain and steel, it boasts a stylish white finish and a EuroKera glass surface that is easy to clean. Equipped with ADA-compliant upfront controls, the range includes two large 8.25" 2000W elements (with a boost capacity of 3000W) and two standard 6.25" 1500W elements (boost capacity of 2000W), providing versatile cooking options. The cooking surface features a timer function and indicator lights for both the oven and burners, enhancing safety and usability. Additional features include a residual heat indicator, automatic shutoff after two hours of inactivity, and overflow protection. The oven is equipped with a light waist-high broiler, two adjustable oven racks, and a window with light for easy monitoring. A lower drop-down compartment adds extra storage convenience. This induction range operates on 220v/60 with a 40 amp requirement (cord not included) and is proudly made in the USA.
