Description

The Tecnoeka MKFA 1011 CTS is an electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It accommodates up to ten GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. The user-friendly touch screen controls allow for easy navigation and programming of up to 500 recipes, each with the capability of incorporating ten cooking stages. Equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and a USB port, this oven facilitates seamless recipe uploads and software updates. The right-hinged door features thermal-reflective interior glass for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency. A bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The detachable multi-point core probe allows for precise temperature monitoring, while the automatic washing system simplifies maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the MKFA 1011 CTS includes adjustable feet for stability and comes with ten stainless steel grids, along with an installation kit that features a drain system and water supply connections. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and can be stacked with the MKFA 611 CTS for space-saving convenience.

What's Included:

Water specification: It is the responsibility of the owner/operator/purchaser to ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly tested and treated to meet the manufacturers' water quality standards as detailed in the product specification sheet. Failure to comply with these standards may lead to equipment or component damage and could void parts of the warranty.
Free Shipping: Orders of over $1,500.00 US including at least one oven shipped to one location in the contiguous 48 states (excluding the Florida Keys and New York City's five boroughs) receive standard LTL freight shipping. For orders under $1,500.00 US, a quote is required. Additional shipping services like lift-gate, residential delivery, or restricted area delivery will be charged at cost. Call for a quote.
