The Tecnoeka MKFA 1064 S is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It accommodates up to ten full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. The oven features user-friendly electro-mechanical controls with both timed and infinite cooking modes, allowing for precise cooking management. With a temperature range of 200°F to 520°F, it offers flexibility for various cooking techniques. The three bi-directional auto-reversing fans ensure even heat distribution for consistent results. The interior is well-lit, providing visibility while cooking. The right-hinged door opens to the left and is equipped with a dual-pane glass window for easy monitoring of food without heat loss. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the MKFA 1064 S is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with ten wire racks for optimal cooking space and includes an installation kit with a drain system and water supply connections. This oven operates on a 208v/240v/3-phase power supply, with a power range of 23.6-27.2 kW. It is cETLus and ETL-sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Cord and plug are not included.
