Description
The Tecnoeka MKFA 464 TS is an advanced electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. It accommodates (4) full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, (8) hotel pans (12" x 20"), or (8) half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. The intuitive touch screen controls allow for easy navigation and programming of up to 500 recipes, each with the capability of 10 stages for precise cooking. Equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and a USB port, the MKFA 464 TS enables seamless recipe management and updates. The right-hinged door features thermal-reflective interior glass for enhanced energy efficiency. Its bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The detachable multi-point core probe allows for accurate temperature monitoring, while the automatic washing system simplifies maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this oven includes adjustable feet for stability and comes with (4) stainless steel grids (18" x 26") and an installation kit that features a drain system and water supply connections. The MKFA 464 TS is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and can be stacked with the MKFA 664 TS or another MKFA 464 TS for space-saving convenience.
