Description
The Tecnoeka ST-464-664-S is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to ten full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, twenty GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, or twenty half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking operations. Equipped with electro-mechanical controls, it offers both timed and infinite cooking modes, with a temperature range from 200°F to 520°F. The bi-directional auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution, while the interior lighting provides visibility during cooking. The right-hinged door features a left-opening design and a dual-pane glass window for easy monitoring. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the oven includes ten wire racks and comes with a comprehensive installation kit that features a drain system and water supply connections. It also includes ten GN 2/1 (18" x 26") stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and two mounting/stacking kits for added convenience. With power options ranging from 7.9 to 9.1 kW for single-phase or three-phase configurations, and 15.8 to 18.2 kW for three-phase setups, this combi oven is cETLus and ETL-sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Cords and plugs are not included.
