The Tecnoeka ST-464-664 TS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to 10 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, 20 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, or 20 half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, each oven can store up to 500 programmable recipes, allowing for up to 10 cooking stages per recipe. The Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports enable easy updates and recipe transfers. The right-hinged doors feature thermal-reflective interior glass for enhanced energy efficiency. The bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans ensure even heat distribution, while the detachable multi-point core temperature probes provide precise cooking results. The automatic washing system simplifies maintenance, and the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity. Adjustable feet allow for easy installation, and the package includes 10 stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and mounting/stacking kits, along with an installation kit that contains drain system and water supply connections. This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
