Description
The Tecnoeka ST-511-511-S is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This millennial SMART double-stacked unit accommodates up to ten GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans or ten half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. It features electro-mechanical controls with both timed and infinite cooking modes, allowing for precise temperature management within a range of 200°F to 520°F. Equipped with a bi-directional auto-reversing fan, this oven ensures even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The interior is well-lit, providing visibility while cooking. The right-hinged door opens to reveal a dual-pane glass window, enhancing energy efficiency and visibility. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the Tecnoeka ST-511-511-S includes five wire racks for flexible cooking options. The installation kit comes complete with a drain system, water supply connections, ten GN 1/1 stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and two mounting/stacking kits (MKSST 511 & MKSA 11). This model is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. It operates on 208v/240v with options for 3-phase or 1-phase power, delivering 7.9-9.1 kW of cooking power. Cords and plugs are not included.
