The Tecnoeka ST-511-511 TS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This double-stacked unit accommodates up to ten GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans or ten half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale food preparation. Featuring intuitive touch screen controls, the oven allows for programming of up to 500 recipes, each with the capability of incorporating ten cooking stages. Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports enable easy recipe uploads and software updates. The right-hinged doors with thermal-reflective interior glass ensure optimal heat retention and visibility. Equipped with bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans, the ST-511-511 TS guarantees even cooking results. Detachable multi-point core temperature probes provide precise monitoring of food temperatures, while the automatic washing system simplifies maintenance.
