Description
The Tecnoeka ST-511-711-S is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This millennial SMART double-stacked unit accommodates up to 12 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans or 12 half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Equipped with electro-mechanical controls, it offers both timed and infinite cooking modes, allowing for precise temperature management within a range of 200°F to 520°F. The bi-directional auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution, while the interior lighting provides visibility during cooking. The right-hinged door features a left-opening design with a dual-pane glass window for easy monitoring. The oven includes 12 wire racks and is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Included with the oven is a comprehensive installation kit that features a drain system, water supply connections, 12 stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and two mounting/stacking kits. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, operating at 208v/240v with options for 3-phase or 1-phase power, delivering between 7.9-9.1 kW and 15.8-18.2 kW. Cords and plugs are not included.
