The Tecnoeka ST-511-711 TS is an advanced electric combi oven designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to 12 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans or 12 half-size (13" x 18") pans, providing ample cooking capacity. It features intuitive touch screen controls, allowing for easy programming of up to 500 recipes, each with 10 customizable stages. Equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports, the ST-511-711 TS enables seamless recipe management and software updates. The right-hinged doors with thermal-reflective interior glass enhance energy efficiency while ensuring optimal visibility. Its bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans guarantee even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The oven includes detachable multi-point core temperature probes for precise cooking, along with an automatic washing system for effortless maintenance. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features adjustable feet for stability. The package includes 12 GN 1/1 stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and two mounting/stacking kits, along with an installation kit that contains drain system and water supply connections.
