Description
The Tecnoeka ST-664-664-S is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to 12 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, 24 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, or 24 half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking operations. Equipped with electro-mechanical controls, it offers both timed and infinite cooking modes, with a temperature range from 200°F to 520°F to suit various cooking needs. The bi-directional auto-reversing fan ensures even heat distribution, while the interior lighting provides visibility during cooking. The right-hinged door features a left-opening design with a dual-pane glass window for easy monitoring. The oven includes 12 wire racks and is constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity and easy maintenance. Included with the oven is a comprehensive installation kit featuring a drain system, water supply connections, 12 GN 2/1 (18" x 26") stainless steel grids, a floor stand, and two mounting/stacking kits (2 MKSA 64). The unit operates on a 208v/240v/3-phase power supply with a power range of 15.8-18.2 kW. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this combi oven is a reliable choice for any professional kitchen. Cords and plugs are not included.
