The Tecnoeka ST-664-664 TS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to 12 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans, 24 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans, or 24 half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, each oven can store up to 500 programmable recipes with 10 stages each, allowing for precise cooking techniques. Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports facilitate easy updates and recipe transfers. The right-hinged doors feature thermal-reflective interior glass for enhanced energy efficiency. The oven's bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans ensure even heat distribution, while detachable multi-point core temperature probes provide accurate cooking results.
