The Tecnoeka ST-711-711 TS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in professional kitchens. This millennial double-stacked unit accommodates up to 14 GN 1/1 (12" x 20") hotel pans or 14 half-size (13" x 18") pans, making it ideal for large-scale cooking. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, each oven can be programmed with up to 500 recipes, featuring 10 customizable stages for precise cooking. Wi-Fi connectivity and USB ports allow for easy recipe uploads and software updates. The right-hinged (left-opening) doors are fitted with thermal-reflective interior glass, enhancing energy efficiency. The bi-directional, multi-speed, auto-reversing fans ensure even heat distribution for consistent cooking results. Detachable multi-point core temperature probes provide accurate monitoring of food temperatures. The automatic washing system simplifies maintenance, while the durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning.
